Our ministry is built on 3 pillars
Our encouragement/coaching team wants to bring regular refreshment to pastors on the front lines of ministry and to listen, partner, and not condemn.
The Retirement Ministry Fund is by application process and desired to match a limited funding amount for retired Nazarene Ministers.
Annually, we set a goal to bring the encouragement/coaching cohorts to a central place in a 3 day setting.

Districts & District Superintendents
We realize that the District Superintendent (DS) is the pastor to the pastor! We do not want to interfere with the judicatory leader and pastoral leadership. This is a vital relationship. The pastor needs their DS and the DS needs their pastor! We realize that the DS is busy! This ministry never replaces the DS’s pastor to pastor role. It is to support the districts in their endeavor to encourage pastors. We see ourselves as “boots on the ground,” giving ongoing encouragement to pastors as support for the District Superintendent’s role of encouraging their own pastors.
